Responsibilities As the 340B Director, you will provide strategic oversight of auditing, compliance, and operational integrity for the 340B Drug Pricing Program. Ensure adherence to federal regulations and Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) guidance. Partner with pharmacy, compliance, and finance leaders to mitigate risk, optimize program performance, and support the organization’s use of 340B savings. Please note that while our 340B Director position is considered Remote, candidates should reside within a 2 hour drive of Milwaukee, Wisconsin (WI) with ability to come on site periodically as needed.
Ensures compliance with all areas of 340B program, including oversight of all required audits.
Ensures policies and procedures are implemented according to regional, national, state and federal guidelines.
Ensures that audits follow current regulatory compliance recommendations and are completed at the facility level
Develop and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships as needed.
Oversight of Health System 340B Program Analysts
Lead and/or actively contribute to development and implementation of optimization strategies
Provide expertise to staff and participants with the 340B program regarding ongoing compliance with the 340B program.
Conduct 340B Program training for staff.
Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Licensed Pharmacist preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required. 5 years of experience required. OR 2 years of cumulative leadership or management experience required OR a graduate from an accredited health system pharmacy administration residency program required.
