
Account Executive – New Business (EMEA) Leuven (BE)

We’re looking for a
true hunter —someone who thrives on building pipeline, opening doors, and closing new business.
As an Account Executive at Guardsquare, you’ll play a critical role in accelerating our growth across
EMEA . This is not a “farming” role—you’ll be at the forefront of
winning new logos , owning the full sales cycle, and directly impacting revenue.

What You’ll Do
Own new business acquisition : drive outbound prospecting and convert opportunities into new logo wins
Build and manage a
strong, self-generated pipeline
alongside SDR support
Lead the
full sales cycle : from first outreach to negotiation and closing
Engage with technical and business stakeholders to position Guardsquare’s value
Maintain
accurate forecasting
and pipeline visibility
Consistently
hit and exceed revenue targets
Who You Are
A
results-driven hunter
with a strong focus on new business and closing deals
Proven experience ( 3+ years ) in a
new business / hunting role
within SaaS or software, carrying quota’s of min. €800K
Demonstrated success in
prospecting and winning new logos
Strong experience selling into
European markets
(Middle East exposure is a plus)
Excellent communication skills in
English
(additional European languages such as
French
are a strong plus)
Highly self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working towards
ambitious targets
Hands-on, pragmatic, and energized by a
fast-growing environment
Willing to be present in the
Leuven office at least 3 days per week
Nice to Have
Experience in
application security / cybersecurity
Background in selling
technical or developer-focused solutions
