Overview

The Sales Lead will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, immersing in our brand, culture, and product, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role provides support to Managers and Sales Associates to help drive in-store success. Responsibilities
Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers. Embody the store culture with passion for the brand, acting as an extraordinary brand ambassador. Create unforgettable shopping moments through excellent product knowledge and brand loyalty. Strive to surpass commercial targets and KPIs by setting and achieving new records. Cultivate loyal customers by engaging authentically and fostering lasting relationships beyond transactions. Coach and inspire the sales team, provide real-time feedback, and empower the team to achieve KPI goals. Qualifications
Results-oriented seller with at least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and captivate an audience. Sharp business acumen with analytical thinking to deliver positive results. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and delegate as needed. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail point-of-sale systems. 18 years of age or older with proof of identity and eligibility to work. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds. Benefits
