Personal Banker I (Bilingual)
Job Summary: The Personal Banker I position will provide an exceptional customer experience by cultivating, maintaining, and enhancing long‑lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers. This role involves processing teller transactions, working as part of the platform staff, and delivering consultative solutions throughout the customer lifecycle. Responsibilities
Create a memorable customer experience by cultivating, maintaining, and enhancing relationships in an assigned book of business through proactive outreach efforts in person, over the phone, or other channels as appropriate. Use a consultative approach with current or prospective customers to uncover and identify their needs while tailoring recommendations, solutions, and advice. Maintain working knowledge of products, services, and processes offered. Work collaboratively with internal partners to ensure customers’ needs are met and all problems are resolved. Analyze customer credit data and other related financial information to ensure customers are in the appropriate solutions that align with their needs. Provide customer support needed, reinforcing the value of current and new technology. Process teller transactions and adhere to balancing guidelines. Follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other related policies, modeling the ethical behavior expected of every employee. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish and English. High School Diploma/GED and 6 months of customer service experience, or a college degree, or equivalent military experience. Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with both new household acquisitions and deepening customer relationships. Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication. Exhibits business acumen. Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions. Requires SAFE Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS). Working Conditions

The base salary for this position reflects the range of salary levels for all roles within this pay grade across the U.S.; individual salaries within this range vary based on role, relevant skill set, experience, education, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, with payments based on company, line of business, and/or individual performance.
