Requirements & Qualifications
3–5+ years of hospitality operations experience, ideally within short‑term rental or multi‑unit property environments
Proven experience managing operations across multiple locations or markets
Strong leadership experience with team development, scheduling, and performance management
Experience managing vendor relationships including sourcing, negotiating, and ongoing oversight
Ability to oversee property standards including cleaning, maintenance, and guest readiness across multiple assets
Strong operational and financial acumen, including cost management, expense approvals, and understanding OPEX
Must reside within 30 minutes of New Orleans, LA and have reliable transportation
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across assigned Gulf Coast markets, including property management, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
Act as the primary point of contact for vendors such as housekeeping, HVAC, landscaping, and maintenance providers
Ensure all properties meet high‑quality standards through regular inspections and performance tracking
Manage guest issue resolution processes to ensure timely and high‑quality service recovery
Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management for local teams
Oversee market‑level infrastructure including storage, vehicles, and operational equipment
Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as guest satisfaction, cleaning scores, and operational efficiency
Manage budgets, approve expenses, and support monthly financial close processes
Oversee onboarding and offboarding of properties and manage capital improvement projects
Preferred Background & Skills
Experience working in a startup or high‑growth environment
Background in short‑term rental or vacation rental operations
Strong process improvement and systems‑thinking mindset
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach
Strong communication skills with the ability to interface across internal teams and external stakeholders
Experience managing geographically dispersed teams
Salary range: $100,000 - $120,000 per year.
