Job Details Salary: From $15 per hour Job Type: Full‑Time Location: Highland, IN 46322 Position Summary We are seeking a self‑motivated Sales Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is essential in managing incoming sales inquiries, coordinating with departments, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Manage all incoming sales and service appointment inquiries via phone and internet Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments, including missed ones Coordinate questions and concerns with appropriate sales and service personnel Track sold vehicles and maintain hot sheets Confirm special order parts and follow up on internet and phone sales leads Handle necessary paperwork, records, and documentation preparation Provide general administrative support as needed Work Environment Join a professional, drug‑free, and non‑smoking workplace that values dependability and teamwork.
