Prj Mgt & Plng Opns Rep Stf - Level 4 Aeronautics Company Texas Prj Mgt & Plng Opns Rep Stf - Level 4 Location: Fort Worth TX What You Will Be Doing This position will report to the Manager of the Business Requirements Tools Team within the Finance and Business Operations (F&BO) Core organization in Fort Worth, Texas. The F&BO Core organization is a functional department that supports all programs throughout Aeronautics (Aero). This allows the team the opportunity to work across many functions within all Lines of Businesses (LOBs) and have a dynamic workday. The position requires an understanding of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) processes and supporting software tools to conduct requirements development, test plan creation, testing, and training related to new tool functionality. It will have a primary focus on ADP classified programs, but the candidate will need to work closely with other unclassified programs and LOBs to ensure process and tool standardization and adoption. Due to the nature of work, the candidate will be required to be onsite 50% of the work week. Key Responsibilities - Support the Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) Core organization, working across multiple Aeronautics programs and Lines of Business (LOBs). - Develop, maintain, and support Earned Value Management System (EVMS) processes and associated business requirements. - Perform requirements development for EVMS-related tools and enhancements. - Create and execute test plans, conduct system testing, and validate new or updated tool functionality. - Provide training and user support for new tool capabilities and process updates. - Serve as a primary EVMS tools and process support resource for ADP classified programs, while also collaborating with unclassified programs. - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive process standardization and tool adoption across programs and LOBs. - Coordinate with program teams, finance, and operations to ensure tools meet business and compliance requirements. - Support continuous improvement initiatives related to EVMS compliance, reporting accuracy, and tool effectiveness. Who You Are You are a detail-oriented and collaborative professional with a strong foundation in Earned Value Management System (EVMS) processes and the ability to translate business needs into effective system and tool solutions. You bring experience supporting complex, matrixed environments, working across programs, functions, and Lines of Business to drive consistency, compliance, and operational excellence. Comfortable balancing both classified and unclassified program support, you are adaptable, security-minded, and effective in onsite and virtual settings. You thrive in roles that require requirements development, testing, training, and stakeholder engagement, and you take ownership of delivering tools and processes that enable accurate reporting, standardization, and informed decision-making. You are proactive, analytical, and committed to continuous improvement, with the communication skills needed to partner effectively with finance, operations, and program teams. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Selected candidate will require an active Secret clearance to begin employment and have the ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance. This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth. National Pay Statement Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
