Responsibilities

Coordinate documentation required by U.S. Customs and Government Agencies for the entry of goods into the United States on behalf of importers. Provide impeccable customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Obtain correct classification of goods for customs release using databases, SOPs, tariff books, internet resources, or customs information. Enter and process various import‑related documentation for submission to U.S. Customs; may handle limited Participating Government Agencies (PGA) shipments. Maintain and keep all shipment documentation current and in compliance with record‑keeping requirements. Adhere to all international importing regulations. Collaborate with internal staff and departments to deliver high‑quality service to customers. Process agency brokerage shipments. Ensure compliance with all government and organizational policies. Perform other duties as assigned; paid training provided. Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; no industry or prior work experience required. Data entry/keyboard experience required; working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook, including use of multiple screens and windows. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle a high volume of work and time‑sensitive tasks. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Ability to use multiple systems and reference materials. Ability to interact with internal staff and management at all levels. Preferred Schedule and Work Environment

Work schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. Mandatory overtime may be required during high‑volume periods, and work on company‑recognized holidays may be necessary. Hybrid work arrangement: onsite training and work for 3–6 months, or until productivity and accuracy standards are met; thereafter, remote work options become available. Pay and Benefits
