We are recruiting enthusiastic candidates for the Benefits Advisor role to assist employees with benefits enrollment, provide support, and generate new business opportunities.

Role responsibilities:

Conduct virtual and on-site presentations to position the value of Aflac’s products and services.

Educate employees on available benefits packages and support their enrollment.

Provide ongoing enrollment and claims support to existing clients.

Identify and propose additional services to existing clients.

Generate new business opportunities through referrals.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and monitor internal deadlines to ensure they are met.

Qualifications:

Health and/or life insurance license required or the ability to get licensed within a short timeframe.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Self-motivated and results-driven.

Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States without the need for a current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
