
Senior Event Manager

Responsibilities
Plan, design, and deliver events across virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats
Manage event logistics including venues, vendors, agencies, timelines, and onsite coordination
Support event request intake, assess scope and resourcing needs, and manage execution plans
Set up and manage invitations, guest lists, communications, and RSVP tracking using event tools
Ensure events align with branding, compliance, and operational standards
Coordinate with marketing and internal stakeholders to align events with broader campaigns
Track and analyze event engagement and performance metrics
Maintain event documentation, playbooks, and templates
Support collaboration across regional or cross-functional event teams
Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of event processes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field preferred
7+ years of experience managing professional events (corporate, B2B, or client-facing)
Strong experience with event design, logistics, vendor management, and execution
Proficiency with event management and invitation tools
Ability to manage multiple events and adapt quickly in live‑event environments
Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Comfortable working with executive stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners
Experience reviewing event data and using insights to improve future events
Fluency in English required; Additional languages a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
