## Description**Parts Counterperson Extraordinaire** to be the heart of our parts department!**Key Responsibilities*** Greet customers and service technicians in a professional and friendly manner* Identify and locate the correct parts using catalogs and computer systems* Provide pricing, availability, and product information* Process orders, returns, and warranty claims accurately* Maintain stock levels and participate in inventory control* Assist with receiving and organizing incoming parts shipments* Collaborate with service and sales teams to keep operations running smoothly* Other duties as assigned by management* Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications* Full time position with growth potential* Health, dental, and vision insurance.* Voluntary benefits.* Retirement savings plan with company match* Paid time off and holidays* Employee Discounts* A supportive, team-based environment and strong leadership## Qualifications**Skills & Qualifications*** High school diploma or equivalent* Previous experience in an automotive parts department is preferred* Experience in automotive parts or a strong willingness to learn* Familiarity with parts lookup and dealership software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack)* Excellent communication and customer service skills* Team player with a positive, can-do attitude* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods* High school diploma or equivalent* Valid driver's license and clean driving record**If you love cars and helping people, this is your dream job!
