Remote, Austin-based preferred for occasional in-person
$85,000 to $95,000 based on experience
$300 monthly health stipend, quarterly performance bonus up to $17,000 annually, generous PTO, company holidays
About the Role This is not a background role. You will be in the middle of everything, working directly with our founder, managing client relationships, and helping build the infrastructure that lets better-for-you brands win at retail. What You Will Own
Category review and promotional submissions across Whole Foods Market from prep to final submission.
Retailer-facing presentations and buyer communication materials.
Invoicing communications.
Shared systems, working files, and documentation that keep everything running.
New client onboarding and ongoing account support.
Supporting internal coordination and project management across active client workstreams.
You Are Who We Are Looking For You have 3 to 5 years in CPG, retail operations, sales support, or brand management and you love it. You know your way around Whole Foods Market or have been dying to. You are sharp in Excel and PowerPoint and do not need hand-holding on either. You are the person who spots the problem and suggests a solution. You thrive with autonomy and take real ownership of your work. You are kind, professional, and bring energy to what you do. You are excited about being part of something early and helping shape how it grows. You love natural, better-for‑you CPG and geek out about packaging, ingredients, and trends.
