Digital Ads Specialis t to support retail search and performance media efforts. This role is focused on hands-on execution and optimization across
Google Ads and retail media platform s within the CPG and/or grocery space
.The ideal candidate combines strong technical execution with strategic thinking, and can translate business goals into in-platform actions that drive measurable performance
Responsibilities
Execute campaign plans, manage budgets, and ensure pacing aligns with performance goa
Hands-on management and optimization across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and retail media platforms (e.g., Instacart, Walmart, Target, Kroger, etc
Develop and maintain structured testing roadmaps to improve performance and scale learnings across campaig
Analyze campaign performance and deliver clear, actionable insigh
Create ad-hoc reports that highlight key metrics and business impa
Communicate performance, testing insights, and next steps to internal stakeholders and clien
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across campaign strategy and executi
Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on digital advertising experie
Experience with retail media platforms (Instacart, Walmart Connect, Target, Kroger, etc.) strongly prefer
Strong understanding of paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft A
ds)Ability to translate client or business needs into actionable campaign strateg
iesExperience building and presenting performance reports with clear insig
htsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to uncover the “why” behind performance tre
ndsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environm
entStrong communication skills, both written and ver
