
Oracle ERP Manager

Role Overview
Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) modules within our HealthCare system, focusing on Recruiting, Core HR, Talent Management, and Compensation. Manage a team of IT professionals to ensure timely and accurate operation of all HCM functions, supporting activities such as candidate sourcing and hiring, employee lifecycle management, talent development, and compensation planning.
Responsibilities
Oversee day‑to‑day operations of Oracle ERP systems related to HCM, ensuring availability, data integrity, and security.
Ensure seamless integration between Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM applications and other relevant systems.
Deploy new features and system upgrades, particularly those related to talent acquisition, core HR, and compensation.
Recruit, select, and retain personnel.
Perform associate evaluations, prepare development plans, and work with HR on disciplinary actions and recognition.
Identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to Oracle Cloud HCM systems, minimizing disruption.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency.
Liaise with HR, finance, and other departments to understand payroll requirements and ensure the ERP system fulfills them.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and updates for testing and audits.
Continuously evaluate and enhance functionality of Oracle Fusion cloud applications to align with business needs and industry best practices.
Create reports for management and stakeholders to provide insights into performance, issues, and project status.
Ensure all implementation or upgrade activities comply with healthcare regulations, data security standards, and policies.
Stay current on industry trends by reading publications, attending conferences, and engaging with professional networks.
Act as escalation point for after‑hours support, addressing critical issues outside regular business hours.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Healthcare Administration, or related field (required).
Minimum of 4 years’ experience managing and maintaining Oracle ERP Applications, specifically HCM modules (Recruiting, Talent, HR, Compensation).
Certification in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Applications (preferred).
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (required).
Hybrid location in Jacksonville preferred; must be a management candidate with the desire to guide work and perform tasks.
Strong technical ability to code/configure; ability to manage hiring, performance reviews.
Excellent communication and leadership skills; work with HR and compensation sides.
Current knowledge of integration skills and Oracle Fusion HCM.
Pay and Benefits
Salary range: $96,000 – $160,000 per year.
PTO, dental, vision, health insurance.
Workplace and Location Permanent position based out of Jacksonville, FL. Hybrid workplace (in‑office & remote). Job type: Permanent.
