You will join as an integral part of our team by executing and managing our digital campaign projects and processes that further our brand and elevate our ways of working for content operations management.
This individual will work closely with cross‑functional teams including, but not limited to Account, Creative Production, Data Management and Project Management.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION
Create, execute, and deliver weekly digital campaign projects by working with tools and technology and defined internal team processes
Support cross‑functional collaboration by actively participating in the integration of new tools and processes by leveraging your enthusiasm and knowledge to contribute to team success
Lead the delivery of content from test environments to production, ensuring attention to detail for seamless execution
Handle tasks for digital content, including organizing and maintaining creative assets, executing and managing campaign metadata, and implementing and verifying tracking elements
Own active campaign work from kickoff to completion, ensuring all requirements are handled and executed flawlessly
Own campaign data integrity by monitoring, tracking, validating inputs, and ultimately ensuring accurate outputs
Support data intake, structure, analysis, and reporting processes to enable performance insights and optimization of marketing campaigns
Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure data structures support business and executional needs
Contribute to the implementation, testing, and rollout of new tools, system enhancements, and tracking capabilities
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across campaign execution and data management processes
Maintain documentation and best practices for campaign setup, tracking, and data governance
Regularly review past campaign launches to identify and implement necessary process improvements
Establish clear communication channels across internal departments, as well as externally with the clients, working closely with the Account management team
Lead the evaluation, implementation, and management of marketing technology to keep us ahead of the curve
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, technology, business or a related field is preferred
2‑3 years of experience in digital content management/maintenance, digital ad ops, or technology operations is preferred
Familiarity with project/task management tools such as JIRA, Airtable, Smartsheets, Figma, etc. is a plus
Familiarity with various CMS systems is a plus
Demonstrated hands‑on experience within the digital space (content and creative elements) and web‑based content management systems
Exposure to working with multiple internal teams, as well as vendor and client environments
Previous experience with Marketing Operations, digital retail, or product development is a plus, but not required
Ability to collaborate with Product managers, Product owners, and developers/engineers in an agile environment
Experience with testing and rolling out new functionality within QA/UAT testing/staging environments
Ability to meet or exceed aggressive deadlines and manage and prioritize a high volume of projects simultaneously
Quick adaptability and openness to evolving with new technology and tools
Demonstrates self‑motivation, proactiveness with strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Willingness to develop skills in relationship building with clients and co‑workers; demonstrating diplomacy, strategic thinking, and clear communication
Effective written and oral skills

Rates: Up to $60/hr
