The HR Representative provides
operational HR support
with a focus on case management, policy compliance, and employee/manager guidance. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll to ensure consistent, compliant, and timely execution of HR processes across the organization. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for HR inquiries related to employee relations, compliance, policy interpretation, and process guidance Manage and support HR case management workflows (e.g., ServiceNow or similar systems), ensuring issues are documented, triaged, resolved, or escalated appropriately Partner with HRBPs, Legal, Total Rewards, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition to coordinate compliant execution of workforce actions Support audits, investigations, and compliance reviews by gathering documentation and responding to data requests Maintain HR knowledge articles, requirements documentation, and process standards to promote consistency and risk mitigation Provide guidance to managers on HR processes, compliance obligations, and appropriate next steps for employee matters Present New Hire Orientations Complete I-9s Handle walk-in questions from employees Required Skills
Experience in HR operations, shared services, or HR compliance Experience working with HR case management systems and structured workflows Ability to explain complex HR or legal concepts clearly to non-HR stakeholders High attention to detail and strong documentation skills HR policy and compliance expertise Case management & operational execution Cross-functional collaboration Risk awareness and judgment Clear, professional communication Preferred Skills
Experience supporting global or multi-region HR operations Familiarity with cross-functional HR governance models and escalation frameworks Benefits
