HR Business Partner | Contract until September 2026 | Dublin (Hybrid) | €72,000/annum pro rata
We’re hiring an
HR Business Partner
to support a global tech leader known for connecting professionals worldwide.
As an
HR Business Partner , you will deliver strategic and operational HR support to leaders and teams across EMEA and LATAM. You’ll focus on coaching managers, driving organisational effectiveness, and partnering on change initiatives in a high-growth, fast‑paced environment.
What experience do I need?
Minimum 2 years of HRBP or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of employee relations, change management, and organisational development
Proven experience applying Ireland and UK employment law
Demonstrated ability to coach managers and influence stakeholders
Strong data analysis and problem‑solving capabilities
The ideal HRBP will also have experience in:
Working in multinational or matrixed organisations
Supporting global or regional teams across different cultures
Managing ambiguity and scaling solutions in fast‑changing environments
This is a great opportunity to help shape people leader capability across the region while working as part of a collaborative, high‑impact HR team.
