Responsibilities
Assist in updating and maintaining the Employee Handbook and HR policies Support daily HR operations including attendance, leave, and travel management Support administration of employee benefits including medical, 401(k), and life/disability insurance Respond to employee inquiries related to HR and benefits Maintain and update employee and payroll data in SAP ERP and ADP Payroll systems Support HR system operations and data accuracy Support recruitment processes (job postings, interview coordination, documentation) Assist with onboarding for new hires and offboarding for departing employees Manage corporate card usage and expense processing Support office operations, facility management, and vendor coordination Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized work environment Provide HR and administrative support to management and internal teams Perform other administrative tasks as needed. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred) 1–3 years of experience in HR, general affairs, or administrative roles Basic understanding of HR operations and processes Experience with SAP, ADP Payroll, or similar ERP/payroll systems preferred Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
