Position Summary
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator supports day‑to‑day sales and marketing activities by managing operational processes, coordinating communications, and ensuring a smooth experience for leads, customers, and internal stakeholders. This role plays a key part in sales forecasting, lead management, marketing engagement, and front‑line client interaction.
Sales Operations & Forecasting
Prepare and maintain quarterly sales projections and reports
Track sales performance metrics and update forecasting tools
Support sales leadership with data accuracy and process consistency
Lead Management & Inbound Sales Support
Maintain and update the lead tracker to ensure timely follow‑up
Monitor inbound leads and route them appropriately
Answer and triage inbound sales calls, providing information or directing inquiries to the sales team
Marketing Support & Engagement
Monitor marketing chat channels and respond to or raise inquiries as needed
Support marketing campaigns through lead coordination and communication tracking
Assist with follow‑up activities resulting from marketing initiatives
Client & Prospect Experience
Prepare for client and prospect visits, including scheduling and logistics
Serve as a point of contact for guest coordination and on‑site readiness
Help ensure a welcoming, professional experience for visitors
Administrative & Relationship Support
Coordinate and manage holiday cards and client appreciation efforts
Support cross‑functional tasks that strengthen customer and prospect relationships
Perform additional operational and administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required, associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
3+ years of experience in sales support, marketing operations, customer service, or administrative coordination
Experience working with CRM systems, lead tracking tools, or sales databases.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); ability to manage data accurately
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting sales forecasting or reporting processes
Familiarity with marketing platforms, chat tools, or campaign workflows
Comfortable handling inbound customers or prospect interactions
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively across sales, marketing, and operations teams
Customer‑focused mindset with a professional, service‑oriented approach
Adaptability and willingness to take initiative and learn new systems or processes
