The AVP, Asset Management Analytics owns the reporting strategy and analytics roadmap to enable effective investment decision-making, strengthen portfolio monitoring and risk management, and improve operational efficiency. You will be responsible for establishing reporting standards, data governance, KPI definitions and scalable reporting for Asset Management that integrates data from portfolio management systems, accounting platforms, and data warehouses.

The position provides strong analytical and technical expertise and an understanding of business objectives to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights. This role will ensure the accuracy and integrity of key performance metrics, monitor portfolio performance, and recommend data-driven enhancements to improve results and streamline execution for the business unit in the delivery of services to our clients. Additionally, the AVP, Asset Management Analytics will lead the design and delivery of reporting and analytics for Asset Management, including Power BI dashboards, portfolio analytics, operational reporting and executive performance metrics.

Core Functions and Responsibilities: • Define and execute an asset management reporting and analytics strategy to provide portfolio oversight, investment decision-making and executive insight. • Develop a scalable reporting architecture that integrates data from servicing, asset management, finance and investor reporting platforms. • Establish analytics roadmap delivering portfolio intelligence, operational reporting and performance analytics in collaboration with the Enterprise Data Management team. • Lead and evolve a high-performing team to support Asset Management objectives through hands-on coaching, performance management and mentoring. • Partner with Asset Managers to build analytics supporting special servicing, default resolution, loan performance monitoring and asset level decisioning. • Deliver actionable insights and performance metrics supporting asset management strategy, capital allocation, forecasting and investment planning. • Oversee asset and portfolio level performance metrics, inclusive of revenue, return, operating performance, portfolio concentration, exposure analysis and benchmark/ market comparison reporting. • Develop and maintain investment & asset management reporting to include, portfolio valuation and performance tracking, asset performance vs. underwriting assumption analytics, hold/ sell strategy analytics, repurchase triggers and capital deployment and investment pipeline tracking. • Design and automate operating and financial reporting frameworks, including dashboards, budget-to-actual reporting, cash flow and liquidity monitoring and asset-level financial performance. • Establish operational testing and monitoring automation to support regulatory compliance and contract oversight. • Partner with technology and data teams to ensure data quality, integrity and proper data lineage across systems. • Serve as central point of coordination for the business unit’s data architecture supporting analytics and reporting needs. • Design and implement performance tracking frameworks aligned to asset manager outcomes, portfolio results and operational targets. • Analyze portfolio trends, performance metrics and operational volumes to identify areas for improvement. • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes, implement data-driven solutions and continuously improve reporting efficiency and accuracy. • Support management in strategic planning, forecasting and performance monitoring initiatives. • Develop domain knowledge of Fay’s business to include an understanding of organizational goals and objectives. • Maintain broad influence through ongoing development of relationships across the organization. • Ensure compliance with Fay’s policies, processes, and practices to include successful completion all department and company required training. • Maintain a current working knowledge of federal, state and local regulations. • Ensure audit and control processes are current and followed in compliance with Fay’s policies, department objectives, federal and state requirements. • Role model ethical standards, professionalism and code of conduct; ensure demonstrated behaviors align with Fay's Values and Operating Principles. • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in reporting, analytics or business intelligence, within mortgage servicing or asset management required. • Strong financial acumen highly preferred. • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel skills. • Experience with SQL or scripting languages a plus. • Experience with ICE MSP system preferred. • Strong skills and experience in MS Word and PowerPoint. • Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and clear effective communication. • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Previous experience managing people and leading teams highly preferred.
