Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive, based in South Salt Lake, UT, with partial remote work flexibility. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new client relationships and developing tailored strategies to meet clients' needs. You will actively engage in prospecting, attend networking events and run sales calls to showcase Nomolos Creative’s services. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

Prospecting and generating your own opportunities (this is not a “sit and wait” role)

Reaching out to businesses, startups, and service providers

Attending networking events and building relationships in person

Running discovery calls and closing deals

Managing your pipeline and staying consistent with outreach

commission-only role

Qualifications

Proven abilities in business development, client relationship management, and sales strategy

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Familiarity with CRM tools

Understanding of advertising, branding, and creative strategy

Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail

Previous experience in sales or marketing roles, particularly in creative or advertising environments, is preferred

Availability to work on-site in South Salt Lake, UT, with some remote flexibility
