
Sales Customer Service Support Analyst

Responsibilities
Develop and proactively support the case management of incoming new business by removing roadblocks and providing requirement and status information to the producer.
Responsible for product knowledge and for providing applications, appointment information, enrollment materials and proposals. Responsible for supporting sales by administrating a smooth transition of all new and renewal business received from agents and producers, monitor for accuracy and forward to policy issue.
Responsible for supporting Sales by being the contact between brokers or carriers and all AFA and AWD Brokerage, Life Division, or APL departments such as Customer Service, Commissions, Marketing, Underwriting, Licensing, Compliance, Strategic Services and Benefits to better facilitate case management and a personalized climate ideal to brokers. Consistent exercise of discretion and independent judgment to support profitable sales for the Company.
Technical Skills and Requirements
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent analysis and interpretation skills
Working knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
Insurance concepts and industry knowledge desired
Ability to lead and manage or multi-task several projects at a time
Advanced PC, Excel, Microsoft Office skills as well as the ability to work with electronic enrollment platforms of AFA or other electronic service providers such as Salesforce or Mocha.
Ability to utilize critical thinking skills
Contact/Call Center experience
Ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
Work is primarily in a professional office or hybrid environment. Position may require occasional travel (up to 10%) to support business needs, meetings, or events
