We are seeking a detail-oriented Online Chat Representative to support customer interactions and digital operations in a fully remote environment. This role focuses on responding to inbound chat messages, providing accurate information, and maintaining high-quality communication standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about services, orders, or processes
- Document conversations and update customer records in internal systems
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
- Maintain confidentiality and follow communication guidelines
- Perform light administrative and data entry tasks as needed
Minimum Qualifications
