About WeevuWeevu is the "Uber of Live Streaming" — a two-sided global marketplace connecting viewers who want livestreams from specific locations with locals on the ground who can stream them instantly.Launching January 2026.$2M+ invested over the last 24 months.Built for 150+ countries, spanning both high-income viewer markets and global streamer supply.We're preparing for one of the most complex multi-market app launches in consumer tech: simultaneous UA for two different audiences, 60+ language variants, cross-platform funnel measurement, and aggressive CPI targets.To meet this challenge, we're hiring a full-time in-house performance marketing leader to own global user acquisition end-to-end.Role: Head of Growth / Performance MarketingType: Full-timeLocation: RemoteCompensation: $85K base + $30K performance bonusesTotal Year 1: ~$115KThis is a rare opportunity for a strong mid-level buyer at a top agency who's hitting ceilings, running 30 accounts at once, and ready for full ownership of one product — with real equity and control.What You'll OwnPaid Social Strategy & ExecutionBuild and scale multi-country Meta campaigns across 150+ markets.Architect targeting for both sides of the marketplace (viewers + streamers).Consolidate structure to maximize algorithmic learning and reduce fragmentation.Hit and maintain CPI, CAC, and activation KPIs for launch.Creative Testing & DirectionRun A/B and multivariate testing frameworks.Work with creative resources to develop new hooks, storylines, formats, and short-form edits.Localize 60+ variations using our base creative (voiceover-first localization strategy).Analytics & AttributionBuild and maintain event funnels across iOS/Android (install ? signup ? request ? stream completed).Optimize with CAPI, pixel configurations, and cross-platform tracking.Report test learnings, scaling opportunities, CPI trends, and cohort insights.Scaling & Growth OpsScale spend while maintaining efficiency (initial $30K+/month).Lead budgeting, pacing, forecasting, and country prioritization.Develop launch playbooks and continuous optimization systems.Ideal CandidateYou are currently:22–26, mid-level at a top agency (Power Digital, Tinuiti, Wpromote, MuteSix, Common Thread, Bamboo, Brainlabs, NoGood, etc.).Managing ~$300K–$1M/month but stuck between senior buyer and strategist roles.Strong quantitative thinker with competitive drive (ex-athletes, gamers, analysts do well here).Want more autonomy, more ownership, fewer internal layers, and equity upside.Ready to run one product instead of 30.Required SkillsMeta Ads Manager expertStrong understanding of algorithm-friendly account structuresAbility to design and run fast-iteration creative testingSolid measurement instincts (iOS ATT, funnel visibility, attribution)Capable of turning data into strategy and strategy into executionCompensation & Benefits$85K base + realistic $30K bonuses0.5% equity over 4 years (with potential future value in the mid-six to seven figures)Full remote and results-only culture$2–3K annual learning budgetFull equipment setup$500/month Weevu platform creditTitle flexibility: Head of Growth or Director of Performance MarketingWhy This Role ExistsWe evaluated agencies and consultants.
