This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Estimator located in Frederick, MD. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for residential construction projects. Daily tasks include performing take-offs, managing budgets, communicating with clients and vendors, evaluating project specifications, attending on-site customer meetings, and collaborating with the project team to ensure cost efficiency and project feasibility. Qualifications

Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Take-offs Experience in Cost Management and Budgeting Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders Attention to detail and ability to assess project specifications accurately Familiarity with construction software tools is a plus Ability to work on-site and adapt to project environments Relevant experience in residential construction projects is advantageous
