Estimator / In-Home Sales Representative
to join a growing team in the remodeling industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment and enjoys working directly with homeowners to create solutions. What Youll Do
Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs Prepare and present quotes, and close sales Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project execution Attend pre-construction meetings and final walkthroughs Build strong customer relationships and identify upsell opportunities Maintain accurate CRM data and follow up with clients What Were Looking For
3+ years of in-home sales or related experience (remodeling, cabinetry, construction preferred) Strong communication, listening, and closing skills Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset Comfortable working evenings and weekends Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities Compensation & Benefits
Training period provided before transitioning to
100% commission structure Earning potential up to $100,000+ annually 10 paid holidays 1 week paid vacation 401(k) with 4% company match Mileage reimbursement and tools provided Ongoing training and development Additional Requirements
