Junior Account Executive

Title: Junior Account Executive- Sales Support

Location: New York, NY- hybrid

Salary: $70k +

Our client, an established wholesale contemporary brand in NYC is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring daily order integrity and managing various tasks to support our sales efforts. We offer a strong working environment and a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities:

• Assisted the Vice President of Sales with Accounts during market week, and line preparation.
• Work with buyers and assist in sales presentations
• Prepare and organize all samples in advance of meetings, ensuring readiness for presentations.
• Help prepare for meetings and market appointments by organizing marketing materials and samples.
• Direct to consumer sales support, and OTB/ATS inventory sales support.( open to buy, and available to sell)
• Review order status reports daily to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Resolve issues and reconcile order discrepancies in collaboration with customer service and account management.
• Coordinate closely with the product manager on all cuts placed for the branch, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Liaise with sales representatives, and buyers regarding purchase order preparations.
• Participate in trade shows and assist in managing the creation of product displays.
• Create and maintain online sheets for all appointments and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
• Internship experience in the fashion industry is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PLM systems.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
