SiLo is looking for a Brand Marketing Specialist to join our team Part Time in
Nashville, Tennessee . As the Brand Marketing Specialist, you will manage SiLo's public image, primarily by driving engagement and growth on LinkedIn, Instagram, and across the web. This is a part time/hyrbid role. You will join us in the office to capture content and collaborate with the team, while enjoying the flexibility of working remotely to handle the post-production and editing phase of projects.

Core Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and our website. Content Creation:
Lead the content creation lifecycle, from filming and editing photos and videos to scheduling and posting, using Canva and Adobe Suite. Experience operating with Canon cameras is a plus. Performance Tracking:
Define and monitor key social media KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure campaign success and engagement. Trend Management:
Maintain current knowledge of the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies. Collaboration:
Ensure content is informative, appealing, and aligned with company goals by working with internal partners and collaborating with industry professionals and influencers. Brand Consistency:
Directly collaborate with SiLo's Brand Ambassador to meet marketing objectives and maintain a unified brand voice. Event Support:
Coordinate support for company events, internal meetings, and community engagement efforts.
Core Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate proficiency and professional experience in the following: Canva:
Ability to create quick-turnaround social media graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral while maintaining brand consistency. Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop:
Strong photo editing skills for professional use. Adobe Premiere Pro:
Video editing capabilities, including cutting, color grading, audio syncing, and exporting optimized content for various platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Web, etc.). Photo and Video Production:
Experience setting up studio lighting, microphones, and operating professional cameras to capture high-quality photo and video content.
