Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in compensation and data analysis Experience in designing compensation models and benchmarking for global organizations Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with compensation data sources in the high-tech industry Ability to analyze complex data sets and communicate insights effectively Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
