Required Qualifications

3-6 years of B2B account management, customer success, or expansion sales experience in SaaS or technology Proven track record managing account portfolios and driving expansion revenue or net revenue retention Consultative sales mindset with strong stakeholder management skills Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
