A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Specialist to design, implement, and manage competitive compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, evaluation, and administration of compensation programs including base pay and bonuses Conduct market analyses and provide recommendations based on competitive trends and internal equity Ensure compliance with compensation regulations and partner with HR on pay equity analysis
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field Minimum of ten years of progressive compensation experience Advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems (preferably ADP) Experience in conducting market pricing and job evaluations Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations
