Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Business Partners and HR Generalists Provide strategic advice and consultative solutions to executives on people management and organizational development Develop and monitor HR metrics to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required and 15+ years of relevant experience Experience supporting SVP+ level executives Experience managing HR functions for teams of 3000+ employees Experience in coaching and mentoring in formal or informal settings Experience in a growing, global software development environment is preferred
