Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound client calls and chats, addressing a range of inquiries and providing timely resolutions Serve as a resource on operations, policy, and procedure information for associates and clients Act as the initial point of contact for reported fraud and forgery, documenting activities and taking appropriate actions
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED with 1 year of call center or customer service experience Call center experience preferred Bachelor's degree preferred Financial Services experience preferred Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
