Answer inbound client calls and chats, addressing a range of inquiries and providing timely resolutions Serve as a resource for operations, policy, and procedure information, maintaining knowledge of various banking services Act as the initial point of contact for reported fraud and forgery, documenting incidents and taking appropriate actions

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with 1 year of call center or customer service experience Call center experience preferred Bachelor's degree is a plus Financial Services experience is preferred Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus
