Our client is seeking

Director, HR Business Partner

who will serve as a senior‑level strategic advisor to organizational leaders, providing guidance on talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, culture, and workforce planning. This role partners closely with executives and operational leaders to drive performance, support change initiatives, and strengthen leadership capability across multiple business units.

The ideal candidate brings deep HR leadership experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence at all levels while navigating complex organizational environments.

Duration:

16–18 months (Temporary)

Responsibilities:

Perform other duties as assigned.

Maintain accountability for HR‑related budgets and resource planning.

Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational design, culture, leadership effectiveness, and workforce planning.

Lead and support change management initiatives across assigned business units.

Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, compensation practices, and HR policy interpretation.

Oversee and develop HR team members, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.

Support talent management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.

Diagnose organizational issues and design interventions that improve engagement, performance, and team effectiveness.

Facilitate leadership discussions, operational reviews, and action‑planning sessions to drive outcomes.

Utilize HR analytics and insights to inform decision‑making and identify strategic opportunities.

Ensure alignment with organizational HR strategy and contribute to the development of department‑wide initiatives.

Promote a positive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and culture‑building efforts.

Support professional development, mentoring, and continuous improvement within the HR function.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

Master's degree (preferred)

5+ years of people management experience.

Strong leadership, influence, and negotiation skills.

Ability to partner effectively with leaders at all levels.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Advanced written and interpersonal communication skills.

HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP) preferred.

Strong diagnostic, analytical, and conceptual thinking abilities.

Skilled in conflict resolution, group dynamics, and change processes.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (required)

Demonstrated success implementing HR strategies and organizational initiatives.

Experience improving team effectiveness and navigating complex organizational systems.

Strong business acumen, systems thinking, and project management capability.

10+ years of HR business partnership or HR leadership experience, including strategic talent planning, engagement, retention, leadership development, culture transformation, and/or change management.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.
