A company is looking for a Renewals Representative - Commercial Segment.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Account Managers/Executives to achieve renewal and expansion sales targets Manage the renewals pipeline and support the end-to-end renewals process Identify customer renewal risks and coordinate activities to mitigate them
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing preferred; or relevant experience 1-3+ years in renewal account management or sales roles with a proven sales record Familiarity with Salesforce tools and other relevant software Strong understanding of the renewals sales cycle and decision-making processes Experience in selling through channel partners and team-selling environments
