A company is looking for a Renewals Representative - Mid Market Segment.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Account Managers/Executives to achieve renewal and expansion sales targets Maintain strong relationships with partners and customers, aligning their business needs with solutions Manage the end-to-end renewals process and maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing preferred, or relevant experience 1-3+ years of experience in renewal account management or sales roles Familiarity with Salesforce tools and additional software like Microsoft Excel and Power BI Strong understanding of the renewals sales cycle and buyer decision-making processes Experience in selling through channel partners and a team-selling environment
