A company is looking for a Renewals Representative for the Enterprise Segment.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Account Managers/Executives to achieve renewal and expansion sales targets Maintain strong relationships with partners and customers to understand their business needs and align them with solutions Manage the end-to-end renewals process and maintain accurate opportunity forecasts in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing preferred, or relevant experience 1-3+ years of experience in renewal account management or sales roles Familiarity with Salesforce tools and other relevant software Strong understanding of the Renewals sales cycle and buyer personas Experience in selling through channel partners and team-selling environments
