A company is looking for a Collections Specialist to manage billing and collections processes on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the collection of outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments from clients Utilize billing software to track, process, and reconcile accounts while generating performance reports Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account-related issues and implement process improvements
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in commercial and consumer collections Strong understanding of credit and billing collection processes Proficiency in billing and accounting software, preferably Legal-X Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively Strong analytical abilities and a high level of accuracy in managing financial data
