Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a recruiter in government or public-sector environments Hands-on experience using Workday as an Applicant Tracking System Fluency in Spanish is required Ability to manage a high-volume recruiting workload with competing priorities Strong knowledge of compliance and documentation requirements for government hiring
