We’re looking for a BDC Service Representative to be the first impression and connect guests with services at Ron Tonkin Honda. The role focuses on inbound and outbound communication, scheduling, and problem resolution in a fast‑paced environment.
Core Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls with energy, professionalism, and a friendly tone.
Schedule essential vehicle services and confirm appointments to keep the shop running smoothly.
Perform outbound follow‑ups and confirm appointments.
Act as a communication bridge between guests and technicians to resolve service inquiries.
Work Schedule: Mon‑Fri or Tue‑Sat.

Qualifications
1 year of prior customer service experience (Retail, Hospitality, or Call Center).

Must be 18 years or older, have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
