Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Global Equity & Reward to help deliver innovative equity compensation solutions for multinational clients. In this role, you’ll manage projects across the full lifecycle of global share plans—supporting design, implementation, and compliance—while collaborating with senior stakeholders in HR, Finance, Payroll, and Tax.
You’ll work as part of a truly global team operating under a hub model, with core professionals in the US, UK, and Australia, and access to in-country specialists in 70+ jurisdictions. Our structure eliminates silos, enabling seamless cross-border collaboration and knowledge sharing.

What You’ll Do
Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Tax teams to implement processes for equity administration, reporting, and compliance across jurisdictions.
Client Delivery & Relationship Management: Act as a key point of contact for client projects—managing timelines, deliverables, and quality standards while building trusted relationships.
Compliance & Risk Oversight: Help establish governance frameworks, maintain documentation, and coordinate year-end reporting for equity programs globally.
Equity Program Management: Support the design and rollout of global equity plans, ensuring alignment with market practices, compliance requirements, and client objectives.
Team Development: Mentor junior team members, review work for accuracy, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
Insights & Analytics: Support development of dashboards and reporting tools to track participation, compliance, and market trends.
Qualifications
Must Have
10+ years in equity compensation, global reward, or related field.
Experience managing multi-country share plan rollouts and compliance processes.
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Familiarity with equity administration platforms and integrations.
Professional credential preferred (CEP, CPA/CA, or equivalent).
Nice to Have
Understanding of global tax and payroll implications for equity awards.
Awareness of accounting standards (IFRS 2/ASC 718) and governance best practices.
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
Additional Information
This is a full-time position.
This role is hybrid.
Location: New York.
Compensation: $124,300- $230,000 USD. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.
