What You'll Do:
Lead field operations from site prep to close‑out
Own schedule, subs, safety, and quality
Work directly with PMs + company leadership
Represent the GC with pride + professionalism
What We're Looking For:
5+ years running commercial or industrial projects with a GC
Strong communication + leadership skills
Professional in reading plans, managing subs, staying on top of safety + schedule
Familiar with construction tech (Procore or similar is a plus)
