OD Senior Consultant
Assists the organization in areas of leadership development, organizational redesign, team development and change management. Acts as an internal consultant to evaluate changes in business processes, identify, develop and implement organizational effectiveness interventions. Location
San Juan-Santurce, PR ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support business units as an internal consultant to improve individual and organizational development. Evaluate, develop and facilitate organizational development initiatives based on corporate philosophy and core values. This includes needs assessment, diagnosis, and interventions. Act as a change agent providing the support and mechanism to implement major changes to the operations of the business. Facilitate team building workshops, exercises, or programs to enhance the cohesiveness of teams. Evaluate business initiatives to identify and design the appropriate and necessary intervention to achieve the business goals. Design training, succession and development plans, and talent management. Provide coaching to business leaders and executives for their personal and professional development. Supervisory Responsibilities

Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources Administration or Industrial Psychology preferred; and five years of related experience. Certificates & Licenses
