This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) SaaS - SMB Advisor. You will serve as a trusted partner to small and medium business (SMB) clients, helping them maximize the value of our platform. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, providing proactive support, delivering tailored guidance on our tools, monitoring client satisfaction, and ensuring positive outcomes for their businesses. You will also address concerns, offer solutions, collaborate across teams, and contribute to client retention and growth. Qualifications

Client relationship management, customer service, and maintaining customer satisfaction Proficient in SaaS platform usage and delivering optimal, user-friendly experiences Strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams Ability to analyze performance metrics and apply data-driven approaches for optimization Experience addressing challenges with creative, solutions-oriented thinking Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields is highly advantageous Experience in the SaaS or tech industry and familiarity with AI solutions are valuable assets
