International Tax Manager

Manage federal and international tax compliance processes, ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations. Provide guidance on cross-border tax planning and structuring strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate tax reporting and documentation. Monitor and analyze changes in international tax legislation and assess their impact on the organization. Support tax audits and inquiries by preparing necessary documentation and responding to requests. Develop strategies to minimize tax risks and optimize the organization's tax position. Provide training and updates to internal stakeholders on international tax-related topics. Work closely with external advisors to manage complex tax matters.
