In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified pharmaceutical sales candidates. You will work with internal hiring managers to identify target candidate profiles and provide a slate of best-fit candidates to quickly fill open positions of critical need. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications or related field Recruiting or internship experience in a customer facing role Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong computer skills including AI, web-based tools, MS Office skills About Syneos Health and Applicant Guidance
