Construction Superintendent – Ground-up Healthcare and Education Projects
Location: Colorado Springs, CO. This permanent position involves leading ground-up construction projects in healthcare and education, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.
Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year.

Responsibilities
Oversee all stages of project development, from initial planning to final completion.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high quality.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety regulations.
Manage and supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and laborers, providing guidance and resolving issues.
Prepare and submit project reports, updates, and financial statements to stakeholders.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, as well as local and federal construction regulations.
Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans.
Promote a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role.
Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality control practices.
Proficiency with construction management software and related computer applications.
Strong leadership and project management skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven problem-solving abilities and risk mitigation.
Commitment to safety with thorough understanding of local and federal regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; meet tight deadlines.
Physically capable of lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in varied weather conditions.
