Construction Superintendent
to lead ground-up commercial projects. With a strong backlog across the Front Range, this is an opportunity to join a team that values field leadership and delivers high-quality projects across a range of commercial sectors. Responsibilities
Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through completion Manage subcontractors, schedules, and day-to-day site operations Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards Maintain a strong focus on job site safety and compliance Coordinate inspections and manage project sequencing Partner closely with Project Managers to drive project success Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on
ground-up commercial projects Experience managing projects in the
$5M–$30M+
range Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics Proven ability to lead subcontractors and maintain accountability Experience in the Colorado market is a plus
