
Sr. Account Manager, ISV, Healthcare and Life Sciences ISV

Overview
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to expand our business footprint with strategic Independent Software Vendor (ISV) customers. The Sr. Account Manager will set a long‑term strategy and execute daily to grow customers, building and maintaining broad relationships, developing and managing opportunities, and facilitating a large team of extended resources.
Responsibilities The Account Manager teams with all aspects of the customer’s organization, including C‑level executives, engineering, IT/operations, partner organization, and sales. Responsibilities include building relationships across an account using creative systems thinking, visioning, and collaborative execution; selling strategically at the C‑level within the account; implementing broad strategies for customer acceptance and service implementation; and working collaboratively with AWS resources (Executives, Partners, Support, Solution Architects) to support customer interests while aligning with AWS business needs. The role also involves new service adoption, new line‑of‑business development, and dotted line responsibility for partnership and technical collaboration.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
7+ years of tech sales experience to enterprise‑size customers
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AWS technologies
